Situated on the Esplanade, our Northern Territory conferencing centre overlooks beautiful Darwin Harbour and the Arafura Sea and is just moments from the Entertainment Centre, Government House and Cullen Bay Marina Precinct.

Mantra on the Esplanade has a well-appointed function room on the ground level which can cater for up to 50 delegates theatre-style. Another conferencing option with point of difference are the two penthouses featuring panoramic views. Rooms fit up to 8 people conference style or 15 stand up cocktail. A range of conference packages are available on request.

Our Darwin function centre offers a variety of delegate packages and our dedicated conference and events coordinator can tailor one to suit your individual business needs.

On completion of your event stay over in  our Hotel Rooms or One, Two and Three Bedroom Apartments and take advantage of our spectacular location for team building activities with Kakadu National Park, Litchfield National Park and Katherine Gorge all within driving distance.

Conference venues

The Bathurst Room, Melville Room and Penthouse are available for all conferences and events and can cater for small business meetings of ten to medium sized conferences of 50 delegates. More »

Team building

Team building experiences can be booked through the Holiday Shop located in the foyer of Mantra on the Esplanade. Experiences include sunset cruises, fishing charters, tours to Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks or trips to seasonal markets.

Delegate packages

Our dedicated conference and events coordinator can tailor a delegate package to suit the needs of your business. Standard full day and half day packages are offered including morning tea and/or afternoon tea, lunch and projection screen.
